I was born in 1959 on the beautiful island of Ruegen/Germany. After graduating with a degree in Technical Cybernetic and Automation Electronics I worked in several diverse areas, in the former East Germany I was a design engineer, worked in logistics and marketing, after the reunion I went into sales, HR and was department supervisor. During this time I developed the theory of the Learning Organization together with a colleague from Hamburg. We worked as consultants and trainers all over Germany and published in the trade press. To be also competent in the Learning Administration, I supervised a department in the ministry, and got to know governmental administration internally. We kept working at our methods and theory and consolidated our work. The new millennium began with a meaningful meeting; the 5 Tibetans would set important and significant impulses through resulting experiences and new and important contacts. By advancing my own intuition the Learning Organization could experience a new enrichment. In the mean time I had experiences as an entrepreneurial women, which showed me that it’s time to look at being a woman a new way, to define myself as a woman and to solve some of today’s problem with female energy for the well-being of our fellow human beings and to preserve the basics we need for life. I learned and I am learning something new every day and the design of a change in administration, organizations and personalities is and will be an exciting challenge for the rest of my life. |
